Shipping: 

GRINTA LLC primarily uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for both Domestic and International orders, though we'll also use UPS, FedEX, DHL, and any other carrier that best suits our shipping needs if something should arise.

GRINTA LLC cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays that occur as this is beyond our control. Luckily, we ship regularly with the USPS and have been extremely pleased with our delivery times. 

When an order is placed and paid, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your order will be sent to the address supplied at checkout.

In-Stock orders are processed and sent out within 24-hours, Monday — Friday, and Saturday whenever possible. Delivery times may vary and depend on destination. Jerseys, Bibs, and Caps are Pre-Orders and delivery varies from 30-60 days. Shirts are typically made and shipped within 5 days.

USPS Standard: 3-5 Days
UPS Priority: 2-3 Days 
International: 10-21 Days, but typically about 10 Days.

Customs + Taxes + Duties: 

GRINTA LLC is legally required to declare the full value of goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages delivered outside of the USA. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. 

It's a criminal offense to falsify details on postal forms. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. 

When a customer confirms an order, they accept full responsibility for any Customs Taxes or Duties incurred. Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance must be covered by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. GRINTA LLC will not accept returns due to an objection with the customs charges and orders cannot be returned to sender.

If you receive a damaged parcel or items are lost, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
